Plan Cancellation & Changes
You can change or cancel your plan at any time through the Iconiq.software. If a paid plan
ends, users must manually adjust their desktop to comply with the free plan limits within the
grace period. For more details, please refer to the Grace Period guidelines applicable after plan expiration.
Change Plan
- Visit the Iconiq.software and log in.
- Navigate to Profile > Settings > Plan.
- Click Change Plan at the bottom of the page.
- Review the pricing and details of the new plan, then click Confirm.
When switching plans, the current plan will remain active until its expiration date. The billing and features for the new plan will begin immediately after the current term ends.
We do not support immediate plan switching or restarts via partial refunds for the remaining period.
Cancel Plan
- Visit the Iconiq.software and log in.
- Navigate to Profile > Settings > Plan.
- Click Cancel Plan at the bottom of the page.
- Review the cancellation notice and click Confirm.
Even if you cancel before the billing period ends, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current term. Once the current term ends, no further charges will be applied, and the cancellation will be officially completed.
Please note that no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
