Billing
- Monthly Plan: You will be automatically billed every 30 days, starting from your plan’s start date.
- Annual Plan: You will be automatically billed every 365 days, starting from your plan’s start date.
Once payment is processed, a receipt will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
Payment Failure
If your payment is not successfully processed, you have a 7-day grace period to resolve the issue. During this time, you can visit the Iconiq.software to:
Modification Steps
- Retry the payment to keep your plan active
- Cancel the plan if you no longer wish to continue

Changing Your Payment Method
You can update your payment method at any time.
Modification Steps
- Visit the Iconiq.software and log in to your account.
- Go to Profile > Settings > Plan.
- Click Change Payment Method at the bottom of the page and enter your new card details.
The updated payment method will be applied starting from the next billing cycle.
